FasTac™ Flex Epicardial Lead Implant Tool

This unique tool has been developed specifically for addressing the challenges of surgically placing a sutureless, screw-in lead on the heart's epicardial surface using mini-thoracotomy and thoracoscopic approaches. The FasTac™ Flex works in conjunction with Greatbatch Medical's MyoPore® line of sutureless epicardial leads to provide you with remote distal deflection capabilities, remote lead rotation for insertion of the helix into the myocardium, and remote lead release and regrasping capabilities.

FasTac™ Myocardial Lead Implant Tool

The FasTac™ implant tool for the insertion of MyoPore® leads onto the surface of the ventricular epicardium of the heart is supplied in every MyoPore lead package. The unique design of the implant tool allows for a quick, one-handed motion for release of the lead after attachment. The distal end of the tool is designed to provide simple, fast regrasping, reloading and repositioning of the lead, if necessary.
