At Greatbatch Medical we’re dedicated to continuously offering our customers
device-differentiating quality and value. Our new state-of-the-art,
144,000-square-foot facility in Tijuana, Mexico, delivers high quality,
efficient, turnkey manufacturing and assembly capabilities. Combined with rapid
prototyping, engineering, and testing abilities, the Mexico facility provides
customers with first-class operational excellence—ultimately reducing time to
market. The plant includes 90,000 square feet of manufacturing space including
one class 10,000 and two class 100,000 clean rooms. We also have fully equipped
engineering, metrology, and quality laboratories; and high-tech security and
monitoring systems. Like all Greatbatch Medical manufacturing facilities, the
Mexico plant is ISO9001-2000-certified. The facility also has received ISO13485 certification for device assembly. As part of our complete medical
solutions strategy, Greatbatch Medical offers a fully staffed engineering design
team located at our Cleveland, Ohio, facility.
